I am now *open* for review requests. Check out my Review Policy Page for more info

Guest Posts and Review Policy

I accept guest posts and am willing to do interviews for authors, agents, editors, and anyone else within the publishing industry.

If you are interested in a guest post please email the topic you would like to write on and when you would want it posted.

If you are interested in an interview, please let me know if you have a set of questions you want to answer, if you want me to send you questions, or a mixture of the two.

~*~*~

I am open to receiving books for review from both publishers and authors. I reserve the right to turn down anything I receive.  If the book is part of a series I may need the previous books. My reviews will be written in a relaxed manner and are not to be mistaken for objective literary critiques.

Books I will review:

  • YA
  • NA
  • Adult
  • Nearly any genre
Books I will NOT review:
  • Nonfiction (with the exception of Tutor, Russian aristocracy, and French histories)
  • MG
  • Horror
  • Christian fiction
Genres I really enjoy:
  • Sci-fi
  • Fantasy
  • Historical fiction
  • Romance
Things to know:
  • I accept ebooks, ARCs, and finished copies. I do NOT accept audiobooks
  • Self-published, indie published, and traditionally published books are all accepted
  • I generally read anything other than horror, middle grade books, and nonfiction
  • If you give me the links I will post my review on Amazon, Goodreads, Barnes and Noble, and any other site you request.
I write fair and honest reviews, but this does not mean I will always write positive reviews. My reviews are my opinion, and if I don’t enjoy a book then my review will reflect that.

With that said, I strive to explain why the book in question did not work for me personally. I do NOT write nasty or snarky commentary.

If I do not finish a book I may write an explanation for DNF-ing. These explanations are different from standard reviews and will state that I did not finish the book, what page I read up to, why I did not finish, and if I plan on ever picking up the book again.

Included in my review will be:
  • Cover art
  • Basic book info (title, author, publisher, page count, release date)
  • Where I received the book
  • Links where the book can be purchased
  • Warnings (sex, violence, gore, etc.)
  • A summary (from Goodreads, Amazon, or the book jacket)
  • My review
  • My rating
When sending a inquiry about getting a book review please include the following information:
  • Title
  • Author
  • Publisher
  • Page Count
  • Release Date
  • Series Status
  • Preferred "Review By" date
  • Warnings (sex, violence, gore, etc.)
I cannot promise that I can have the book reviewed by certain dates. If you want your book done by a certain date you will need to send the book to me at least two months in advance. I will generally have the book reviewed within a month if it has already been released. If it has not been released I will generally post the review one month to two weeks before the release, unless a specific date is given. I am also available for blog tours, guest posts, and interviews.

If you have any questions or are interested in receiving a review, having a cover reveal, interview, or guest post, please email me at TMCanada89@gmail.com

*If your guest post includes a giveaway I accept no responsibility to getting the prize to any winner.
